I remember that film. Mainly because of Sexy Meg Ryan.
Nice location shots in San Francisco— and Sexy Meg Ryan rolling around the floor with the protagonist, what's his name (the one who isn't me— that guy).
Also guns, CIA diamonds, and bottled water.
