John Venn, FRS, FSA (4 August 1834 – 4 April 1923) was an English logician (nonfiction) and philosopher (nonfiction) noted for introducing the Venn diagram (nonfiction), used in the fields of set theory (nonfiction), probability, logic (nonfiction), statistics, and computer science (nonfiction).
