The Nixie Economy is a nonfiction book by mathematician and Gnomon algorithm theorist Alice Beta about the economic and historical significance of Nixie tubes.

The book documents a wide range of underground and semi-illicit computational activities carried out by an informal but self-organizing network of Nixie manufacturers, dealers, and users.
