Government good and bad

What about the Military? What about the Treasury?
All governments maintain the greatest possible control over Military and Treasury. This is the historic function of government.
Are you saying that Military and Treasury powers are bad when controlled by government?
If you are not saying that all Military and Treasury powers are bad when controlled by governments, please rethinik your "all government bad" ideology and state clearly what you really believe.
