Post-nation-state worldview
Humanity began in small groups, which became villages, cities, city-states, kingdoms, empires, and, in our time, nation-states.
The long term pattern of civilzation is larger groups, larger numbers of people who are Us and not Them.
It stands to reason that the next stage is post-nation-state.
No single nation-state can "lead", because "leadership" by a single nation-state is old-style nation-state thinking.

This is foolish.
Civilization as we know it has already ended.
