I remember Christine Lavin telling a joke about "What do you get when you run a slasher movie in reverse? Some maniac with a chainsaw heals the dead, some of them become virgins, and everybody goes camping." Years later, in my Gnomon storytelling days, I remembered that joke and fictionalized the slasher as the Zodiac Healer -- a reverse serial killer, reverse in time, so a healer, and reverse in morality, so repentant.
