A Clockwork Bard for Liebowitz (often simply Clockwork Bard) is a robot (nonfiction) programmed to simulate William Shakespeare (nonfiction) in world ravaged by nuclear war (nonfiction).
The term is also used for team which built the robot.
Several members of the Clockwork Bard team have spent considerable computational power promoting the Shakespeare-Magellan Expedition, with no results to date (May 2016).
